Re: 69 Plymouth B body quarter skins - AMD only?
AMD are the best quality for sure, sometimes even their stuff needs work to fit. They have been discontinuing repair panels for some time now so their full quarter panels might be your only choice. Sheet metal from all the suppliers goes out of stock for months on end, that was happening even pre pa...

Re: Bryan's 62 Plymouth
There’s normally some kind of pad between the tank and the floor, you could make your own from anything that has a bit of give in it to be honest.

Re: Fuel tank
I’ve had fuel tanks made before, last one was about £450 six years ago, in no way cheaper than buying a stock replacement.

Re: Bryan's 62 Plymouth
Probably your best bet, a new tank won’t cost fortunes through Chris, it would be my preferred option. There’s certainly been some choice “workmanship” on that car!

Re: Bryan's 62 Plymouth
Can you not just leave the redundant sender in the tank as a plug? You won’t find many people willing to put heat on a fuel tank.

Re: A tall tale?
A good friend of Colin’s brought the cars from the Chapel in Lincolnshire to Hertford to store safely while his estate was sorted out. I was told one person had bought all the cars, they are still “local” and have been stashed away again. This was a couple of years ago now and I’ve heard nothing sin...

Re: Blue's Barracuda
Whilst the dash is out it’s the best time to do a wiper motor mod. Mopar wiper motors are big old chunks and certainly in the wrong place on a small block A body. A Vauxhall Corsa unit is tiny in comparison, is pretty easily adapted and will fit under the dash. So I’m getting on with that at the mom...

I’m amazed it’s never been modified and that it’s not rotten as a pear, great find!

Re: Random Pics...
One of my favourite photos, given the fantastic paint on all the vehicles it’s such a shame it’s not in colour.
