Assuming you already have a cable, just send it to Speedy cables and they will make you a new one. To positively identify your transmission, there is a number stamped in a flat area above the pan rail below the shifter linkage on the LH side. Hi guys, I'm having some trouble getting the correct speedo cable for this rhd barracuda.
The nut is too small on the gearbox end,the parts supplier said it must be a truck box.
is there a easy way to tell what type of gearbox this is,

You're right about it being White with Blue stripes, here it it at Brooklands 2005, the guy sold the car as he stitched up a good friend of mine, he then moved to jersey I think, I know he bought an engine from Ducan.

That registration looks familiar. Didn't this Barracuda use to be white with a blue stripe, I remember it being at the Nats most years a while ago. Looks well in this colour though.
Yes according to the DVLA it's white, It's a real nice looking car 8-) I don't think this sold at the auction ...

I still haven't seen this car in the flesh because its at work and I'm on furlough at the moment :(
Apparently its a nice clean looking car,has a few issues leaking heater matrix,no thermostat and a electric fan that has been wired to run constantly.
I will post some pics when i go back ...
