Its a standard 383 with a Mallory distributor (no vacuum advance), Holley 600 cfm and Holley street dominator manifold. The 400rpm is in drive, its higher in neutral - not sure what but it pulls away no problem at any throttle. I used a heated (4-wire) sensor. The sensor was mounted in a bit of tube...
