All done, back on the road :D
I found a local old-skool engineering shop to ream the bushes for me.
The disc conversion was pretty straightforward to fit except- the new m/cyl is a bit longer so some trimming and bashing was needed.
Also the caliper fouled the lower shock eyes so I relocated ...

The thing I'm mainly not getting is that the reamer blades are slightly tapered, I expected them to be dead parallel.

Pin out, it was in a bad state!
Bushes out- carefully cut with a hacksaw to relieve, then a very sharp chisel.
New bushes now going in, pressed in the vice with a die turned by my mate John.

It's happening...
Spent most of today stripping off the drums, hubs and trying to shift the kingpins. One wasn't too bad but the left one is proper seized. I've had to take off the axle and have it set up in my press ready to get serious on it's ass.
