Thanks Adam I am trying to trace the car for the guy who originally imported it from the US way back in the early seventies. Is Richard Ward on the forum ? It would be good to track it down. I am not surprised if it went back to the States so maybe I will post on a couple of forums over there. Martin.

Any one remember this car
1971 Plymouth Cuda 440-6. B5 blue with a shaker. 4 speed car. Registration number HMT 402 J. It was sold around 1999 to a black cab driver I believe from Chislehurst in Kent. It does not appear on the DVLA site so has possibly left the country. Looking for any information.

The Hemi motor that was fitted in the rod is currently with me at the workshop. It had been rebuilt by Geoff Hauser some years ago. It is a correct 69 dated block and still has it's original factory vin number. The Hemi that was fitted in the Cobra turned out to be the original motor from the 70 Hem...

Sorry, that post is a little confusing as Tony Dickson sadly passed away in late 2001. I actually found a fax from Tony dating from the late nineties while going through some old papers with that photo attached. It appeared that Tony imported the car around Feb 1981 and sold it for around £4000. He ...

1970 Hemi Challenger - where is it now?
Going through our old photographs we came across this sad looking Hemi Challenger. Chatting to Tony Dickson he thinks he had dealings with it back in Feb '81; the VIN no. is JS23R0B204006 - the photograph looks like it was taken a few years after '81 Does anybody out there in Mopar land know what ha...

Along with Pete I was involved with selling the hemi Challenger 3 times ! Stu Valance restored the car back to original. We then sold it to Alan Vincent who went to the US and took the car with him. He then came back to the UK with the car. We then sold it on his behalf to Ian Giles and I rebuilt th...
