Martin , the Roscoe car would be great too, with or without the General.
Having spoken to Dan about this idea, I think we can make a go of this at Brooklands as a special feature of the event. The press should be interested too.

David, without a doubt, your car would be great. Is the disatnce a problem for you as it is in London ? I will try to find out about accomodation etc. but your car would be a great addition. I have seen it several times and it always has looked good so, consider yourself shortlisted also.

Your car looks up to the mark from what I have seen, don't be modest. An early Charger is also very rare over here. Steve Case has already promised his Pro-Street Purple Challenger (you all know the car), so that is good company straight away. We should have room for 3 -4 cars (had 5 last year inclu...

How about getting all the General Lees to Brooklands for the MMA event next May(Sunday 29th May 2005). Looking at the location of the General's its fairly central to some of you and it is a good venue, and great for photo opportunities on the banking.

There is a web site about the show , XWIShow.com We will be able to have a stand for three to four cars, and cars can be entered privately. they do not need to be part of a club stand, if it is decided that would be a better way to go. Date is Sat & Sun Feb 19th and 20th 2005 , Friday will be se...

XTREME Wheels 2005 - Ally Pally

We had a club stand this year (2004) at this event and have been asked if we want to be there in February 2005.
Any comments . suggestions very welcome, as to whether or not we have a stand. It will also need nice cars, which I dont have!
Thoughts please.

Sounds very much like the clutch master is leaking , a little fluid will go a very, very long way, so slippy feet and a few drips will not look like any has been lost at the reservoir at all. Every Triumph (Spitfire/Herald etc) I owned did this , I just kept topping up for about a year until the mas...

Steve, glad to hear you've got wheels that trun, Im glad that car is staying in one piece, I know its got bits of rust, but mostly a usable car, rather than getting torn apart as a donor. I told Gary to keep it in one piece. Look forward to seeing you there!!
