I use Driven HR1 (used to be Joe Gibbs). 15/50 with high Zinc.

Does the job, oil pumps up quick and have no nasty knocks or rattles. Buy it off ebay.

Yep....Graphite Grease in the sheath that the speedo cable runs in. Gives you a constant speedo rather than a bouncy one.

As said remove, clean, grease and install!!
