Unfortunately on the last run, i will a bit heavy-handed on the downshift in the braking area and managed to grenade another gearbox and lock the rear wheel solid again. :pale: It was low speed 20mph and the bike is very stable so no drama. I know you have it sorted now, plasticine is always hand for checking clearance where you can’t see the gap

I was just wondering if anyone had tried or had success with the one piece rear main seal sold by Fast Fish. It’s a circular seal, which you cut through on one side & then work it around crankshaft

I met Shirley M at Bradenton in the middle 90’s. She was such a lovely lady, she helped lift both of my kids into her rail. Spent plenty of time with them, even gave my son a T Shirt.

My sons not much into cars, but he still remembers her …
