Re: Direct action on tyres

The stupid thing is you could change your gas guzzler for a brand new electric car which during the manufacturing process has emmited something like 27000 tonnes or more if memory serves before it's even turned a wheel! But of course that's ok! A colleague of mine is s feeling the pressure to change...

Re: Part restored Charger value?

You have to be so careful these days. One of the people at work was walking home from work recently and got attacked by a complete stranger and then his accomplice waded in. They were armed with knives. He managed to knock them both out and then called the Police. Amazingly, this is the second time...

Re: Part restored Charger value?

Firstly, and more importantly, I am sorry that you find yourself in a bad place at the moment - there really is a lot of this at present, you are most certainly not alone. In terms of the Charger, they are making very strong money at the moment; I am constantly surprised at how buoyant the market i...

This is exactly why I try to do everything myself on my cars and the house! I've been ripped off and messed around too many times!

Re: Fender rust removal

You've probably de-rusted these by now but I used to get phosphoric acid for free from work but I found it would foam up when rinsed off and also leave a chalky residue if left to dry. Disposal could be a potential problem. I switched to citric acid as it's cheap, safer as far as I know and makes le...

Midland Performance Centre (Spencer Ashley)

I'd like to get in touch with the previous owner of my 68 Charger. Just wondering if anyone knows Spencer. Spencer's name and Midland Performance Centre are on the log book as the previous keeper but after a quick Google search it seems the business has now closed so I'm hoping that someone here mig...

Re: 70 440 6 pack GTX S/frame connectors

I thought about making my own us car tool style ones myself Blue as I can get the steel folded at work. I had some new ones but sold them years ago as I didn't think I'd own another Charger again. You certainly could make your own, good few hours work copying the floor profile though. You could als...
