Think that numbers were down this year, but like Blue said the forecast was not to good and guess people were not gonna risk it, as it was coming in Friday evening it was pretty muddy in places.

Hi Guy, don't think we saw you or your car this time, tho there were a few similar Impalas there,,, in fact I reckon Impalas, of all years were the most plentiful (no, I didn't say 'common'!) car there this year!
Did you see the other 58 in a similar colour to yours that had a roof chop? Sorry, didn't get a pic

Saw your car there Rob but didn’t see you...
Took the wife and kids and camped over the Saturday night....this is the best static show IMO and in the best setting, been many time but never camped and it was great.

Yeah , great pics twins , thanks for posting. I'm changing my holiday dates next year...always seem to miss this every year because we are away. As Lough says looks like the best static show ( probably the only one I would go to) with some amazing work done on those rods .

HI Rob
Oh yes we were there ,but the car was parked right down the far end awaiting some pin stripping from the great ' Nefario' , and he has done a great job too, a little on the front and on the boot in red ,gold ,silver . Yes I did see the roof chopped 58 ……..not to sure , roof chopping looks really good on some cars but it just didn't look right on that in my opinion .Did have a chat with the bloke who had bought it from Vanguard Auto Sales in the States and has only just come into the country and yes Impala' all over the place, think there was most years represented there.
Always such a good show come rain or shine always something new and different to see, and so well run too. The cruise out on Saturday was really good soooo many cars of varying diversity taking part and always something interesting in the rear view mirror.
Look forward to seeing you guys at the HRD'S
