Exhaust Manifold Torque tightening ref......

Post by Dave81 »

Hey Chaps,

I've lost the info on the Dougs Headers and cannot find it anywhere online.

Quite simply what should i torque the header bolts up to?

Workshop manual says 20 ft. lbs on manifolds, not sure if headers require more, less or the same??

TIA!! :thumbright:

I always do it by feel with a ring spanner, 15-20 ft lb is plenty tight enough.
