looking good Anton, cant wait to see it finished. i only have one concern, you have all your bits ready for powder coating and your pullys are in with it, make sure they dont coat the bit the belt runs in, its too slippery and the belt will slip (i know i did it )
Im glad to see I'm not the only one mad enough to strip the car down this winter! I have put my 67 charger on a rottisserie (borrowed from Bacca) to strip off all the underseal. I am then having it blasted. I might even paint the under side the body colour! All the other parts K-frame, steering arms, axle etc has already been powder coated. Am now waiting for stainless steel lines and front end rebuild kit to arive from WASP. I'm going to be upgrading the brakes to help stop the 400+ hp 360 engine, Bacca is building it for me and doing a fantastic job of it too! I will keep an eye on your progress as we are both undertaking similar projects.

I spent a couple of hours in the garage today and with the modification I have already made to the k-frame to accept the 1970 anti roll bar I have also now fully welded the seams all round the k-frame and full welded the steering box mount to strengthen the whole k-frame. This along with the other modifications I am making should improve the handling of my car.
Just speent a while looking through the whole thread ....Great stuff Anton...some really nice detailing great, and smart move on the K frame too , keep it coming

I have retracting belts for the Belve and have a similar idea to yours. Nice to be able to see it triallled before i try it- cheers

Thats one of my alltime favourite colours and always looks good on a Charger!
Did you manage to find a pair of 70/71 lower control arms to complete your sway-bar upgrade?
I think Paul has a pair off a 71 Charger?
They are different to the 68/69 LCA's, the sway-bar mounting pads/brackets are in a totally different place, as the 70/71 bar is about three inches narrower.
I'm putting together a locker for a Charger mate and I need a couple of spider gears and a cross-bar.
Wondering if you still have the old bits from your locker, otherwise I will get in touch with John Wolfe and get the parts from him, thanx.

I have not decided on what colour I am going to paint my car yet.
I ended up using the 68 LCA and modified them to suit my purpose as I did with the k-frame.
I had to send all the old parts back to John Wolfe to use the warranty on the diff.
I spent the day in the garage and finished the anti roll bar set up on the k-frame and I also painted the brake master cylinder, wiper motor and coil.
I also cleaned up some more bits ready for powder coating.
Here are some pictures of how the anti roll bar set up came out.
