Thanks Les ;)
The original plan was a procharger setup, then kids happened and...

At least i know the car will easily handle anything i throw at it and the potential is there to take a lot more!

Two things going on at the moment... progress is slow with both :?

Having made a good start last week with 3 solid days DA'ing and a day chopping out the rusty rear arch and making plates ready to weld in, my mate Danny then vanished and nothing's happened since Friday :(
I caught up with him last night and he promised to crack on today and over the weekend :thumbright:

Pic 3 shows the only real rust on the car so I'm pretty happy about that!

Matt has rushed me the letter I need for proving the car's age so I tried to get to Bangor DVLA on We. Because the only main road to Bangor was shut by a lorry on it's side, I got held up in massive queues and never made it in time.
So I went back this morning clutching my precious letter and was told I had to re-submit ALL the docs- I’d not brought these because they’d seen them already!
So I drive all the way home and back there again… This time it’s looking good.
They’ve given all the info to Cardiff again, so now I wait. Again  :happy1: :help:

Nice work, well done.

I would suggest you upgrade those shafts though, if you start turning up the wick as they are only marginally better than stock ones IMHO.

Best sell it now, that's what most people do after a long resto/re-build  ;)
