Back in 1976 when I had my first Duster a quick solution for the sagging leaf springs was a pair of Monroe air shocks which worked great with me . but I just read an article which was a bit negative on the handling qualities . Any thoughts as I,m thinking of doing the same on my newly purchased Duster .
Yes new here ..Thanks for the welcome . I bought Don Scott,s gold duster a few weeks back , at the moment it has the slant 6 , 225ci , I,m looking to put a 318 in . Interior as well as body and paint needs doing but overall pretty solid .

link on how to modify leaf springs. borrowed the link from Retrorides but a simple jig and bottle jack looks like a great idea for DIY spring modification.
Thanks for the comments lads . I know Dusters are not everyone,s taste . Just looking at the picture that rear 14" wheel looks so little and skinny . I know it has discs on front and drums on back . I,ll have to take a look and see 4 or 5 stud ? Can anyone recommend the best place for wheels , I,m thinking cragar,s
