Lots of Love Needed (A Tall Order)
Well this here is my much neglected Charger, bought it 15yrs ago used it for 10mths then due to a 600ml relocation for work parked up (T&T at the time) at my folks to be collected at a later time.
Young family and the recession has made it a 14yr wait.
Now needing a lot of love this summer will see a start towards a return to the road.
With a holiday home to see the folks in July the plan originally was to get it ready for transporting south later in the year. A chat with my brother who now has an empty space in his garage after finishing his Subaru resulted in a change of plan, it now being a strip down and he'll weld up the chassis over the winter, I just have to bank roll it
Since becoming a member here I started really learning about Mopars and getting stuff together, front wings and a trunk from Andy(Mustang Books) and a pair of doors from Dunc.
There's Poly K frame bushes on the way from the states and a list to rebuild the front suspension ready to order from rockauto.
It's a tall order but it doesn't have to and never will be original, it just has to be usable...
Oh and thats my brother in the pics

A big pat on the back for not letting its currant state put you off. I think you'll be surprised how well a lot of it will clean up and be re usable.
Best of luck with it , and do keep us all up to date on its progress

Get it on the road with everything working safely and reliable
Forget paint and pretty things.... driving and stopping etc
Drive it and Injoy it. Then later you can do a rolling restoration of making it look pretty while not taking off the road to long.
4/6 years restoration are not uncommon at the home and it's a battle
Drive it enjoy it
