Sorry no nats for the car this year

Just me drunk !!

Found this silicone hose wrapped to look old
The gold was a bit to much

Also took everyone's advice and made my stainless pipe shorter

Left the hose a bit long for sacrificial k frame rubbage

Well done Will, I think that'll be a bit of extra insurance against ripping your pipe joints off! ;)

After weeks and weeks of stress and scratching my head

Half the people say yes half say no

fuel is add at blue line so any filtration need to be above blue line

well im running a gauze only and no filter.

to late if you think its wrong it done and over

The gauze is 304 stainless as used in fencing masks
all 304 stainless

I was looking at similar material for a sump screen - I wish I could weld like you.....If you look at the competition dragsters they have HUGE air filters - about twice the size of the plenum..

Pete, Moroso sell one way screen for oil pans, used it on the Dart. Seems a reasonable solution Will, can't see what else you could have done, a fine filter would need such a large surface area not to cause a restriction.

As said latil the surface area of a finer filter would be to small and restrict air flow.

Filled with fuel

As I'm running EFI I need to have around 45psi in the fuel lines

This will also increase as boost increases

So I need to test my fuel lines to around 60psi

Got to 40 psi and sprayed everything in petrol

The design of these fittings with the O-ring is crap Tried dowty washer still fuel wveryware

So out with the welder and I welded the fittings straight on.

fuel rail I made and fitting all aluminium
