There was a bit of a hoo hah Clivey, I'm not sure what it was about but the Commander sold his car to Mal and it went to Ireland when the guy that bought Mal's silver Coronet found it was too lairy for him to use on the street.
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.
Yes lad's, all happend a bit quick, i felt like the "swap shop" that week anyways, all partys went home happy i think, so best leave it at that. Now, come on james let's have a peeky-boo at that 383 runner eh, life's to short chap
Perhaps I should post with explainations, so people understand!
IVOR SAID.... "the guy that bought Mal's silver Coronet found it was too lairy for him to use on the street."
SO I REPLIED.. (as i own a 66 Coronet, that seems to have grunt like Mals old one) That the person who had it for a while in Ireland, was perhaps a bit scared of it, Saying it was too scary for the road.I have driven mine on the street for 7 years now, So I thought I might know what it was like.
Explination for some people.. ABOVE WAS A JOKE!!!!
Perhaps I will post with explainations from now on...
well wouldnt say i found it too scary...really enjoyed driving it actually and was a fantastic car...it was just not suitable for what i wanted it for ie a 2nd car for using on a dry day all year round or taking it to the holiday home on the west coast of ireland 180 miles away...sorry for the mess round mal...i should av driven b4 buying...intend to buy lots more though so that should ease the pain!!lol
Hey Simon, no need to apoogize mate, i said i'd have her back if not suited. The t/a is better for what you want ( cruiseing not racing ). BTW Alan, Lightning (Simon) now own's the t/a, and James now own's a 71 383 runner! and Jeff obviously you where joking
