Ordered some parts from rockauto recently mostly good apart from caliper pistons, one correct, one about 10mm too small on diameter went through the online order problem process. Got a replacement less than a week later ....also wrong now as it happens I only need one but thought I'd replace both while I'm at it
So do I bother going through the report a problem again? Is there a contact number and what are my chances of getting the correct part seeing as the boxes seem to be labelled incorrectly
