Hi not posted on here for ages...
I would like advice or help
I ordered bits from Rock Auto which have not arrived, I've ordered from them before with no problem,
But it's been 3 months now nothing has shown.
Problem is the fact I can't get hold of them at all whatever..
You can't phone, e mail, I seem to keep getting sent in circles with no answers at all.
I've ordered from elsewhere now, but want a refund .
Any help appreciated.

Contact your bank / credit card provider and raise a dispute. They will sort it out and refund you in a week. If Rock manage to supply they will take the funds back. Had this with an ebay seller and my son buying a stolen phone un beknown to him. Even after the 30 days with ebay guarantee the bank sorted it.
