Will be nice to see a Daytona on the track in a current sea of camaro's etc. that we have at present. I'm sure this will turn out a nice race car with Jons work and now in your capable hands to move things on for next season hopefully. Got to love a serious effort Mopar small block car that will run well against most of the big block stroker cars.....reckon that will deffo need a parachute. ;)

Ha Haaa well after Jons is off the jig im building a camaro to add to the sea of... lol

But yes looking forward to seeing this car out will be rather niceand as you say a bit different. :thumbright:

We Got Jon's chassis on the jig yesterday.

Jon and i have decided that the best coarse of action due to the chassis damage, new struts, slightly longer front end is a new front section.

First off we got the chassis on the jig and before we set chassis height we removed any old tabs tubes and brackets.

Quick Update.

Started mounting the body on Jons Daytona.

All the main body shell mounts are done also the rear arches have been stretched to accommodate the rears.

(have to excuse picture quality the lighting is not camera friendly)
