Hi to All,
Next update,
I was Home over the weekend and managed to sort a few bits out,
Since i've been out in Holland which seems like an age, i've been on a big push to save a much money as i can, without starving myself to death :)
I've been living on Two boiled eggs Two crossants and Two small twirly Danish pastry things which are ace, every day for about five months
Since being here i've lost a stone in weight, i still have an odd Beer, but i'm nearly a Tee Total Lesbian compaired to what i used to pack away
I can usually go for a couple of days without having a hot meal, and have found all the local places that have special meal deals on differant nights of the week, just in case my i can't fight the hunger anymore =P~
So While i was home i picked up this Jag, i'll need a motor to use when i return which is coming soon acording to my boss.
And this Jag will give up its V8 4.0 ltr motor and gearbox, wiring loom and any other bits needed to transplant it into my truck :D

Hi to All,

Just a quick update,
Having returned to the UK before and through Christmas for work, i'm now back in Holland for another stint.
I traveled across this time with the Jag just to see how the engine was on a good run, and have to say i'm very impressed, super smooth and i got down to Rosendaal on half a tank which is £40.00's.
So after i fit LPG to the Truck i should start to save on my fuel costs
:thumbright:
As for parts,
At VG there's a complete 9 inch with disc's ready to bolt on and all of the cab weather rubbers and misc seals and the wiper motor.
I've just ordered a fuel tank and rear HD 3'' drop leaf springs.
So getting closer to having most of the bits before we start, so i now need to start thinking about a date
:read2:

Diesels gone to hell then RT

Coz i was going to say if you go diesel you might have problems going into London....as even my 1998 truck has been re classified since Jan 2012 and now i cant go in to London in it....

Thank Christ for that, but could have done with a warning before i got the £750 fine first ...for one day in the Low emission zone...WTF!!

Truck looks the business...with the coupe on the trailer behind =P~ 8-)

Next time it snows we need to find a big open space to take pictures ...pretend its the SALT FLATS :thumbright:

Hi to All,

A quick update on the truck.
I now have the truck registered and i'm just about to order my number plates 8-)
The Truck is going into VG at the end of the month, but it won't be getting the Jag's engine as the head gaskets have got the arse
So that's going off to the breakers when i return from my holiday.
I shall be using the engine and box from the Coupe as its just sitting there during winter.
This will be a short term just to get the truck out of storage and on my driveway for some serious Hooning during the winter months.
I'll switch it back for racing next year.

Next update when the work starts next month :thumbright:
