Denso is SO nice to work with  Rubber gloves and plenty of paraffin to clean up after. Sticks like sh*t to a blanket on anything it touches.

Powder coating what do you guys think.

Will it just crack up or flex ?

I wouldn't powder coat anything, let alone leaf springs. The stuff is next to useless under a car. One small pinprick through the coating and moisture enters and is trapped corroding bits at an alarming rate. The first signs are lumps in the coating or it starting to peel, too late all the damage is done. I have only ever used Dulux satin black under any vehicle I've owned,it's slightly flexible and is easy to clean up and repaint.
