As an aside, which carb would most recommend for a 440? This is a '72 motor, I think, but it's got a decent intake and a set of headers on it. At the moment it's got a 650CFM Holley, which runs just fine, but I suspect it might be a bit of a chokepoint. Any suggestions?
I've done a fair bit of research and most seem to swing for an 850 but I think that might be a touch much for this; a 750 seems more sensible. I'd probably go for one with vacuum secondaries, seeing as this is a fairly hefty automatic. Any input welcome.
