Fancy Dress!
to be honest, for some, so is the HRDs
i have no hair so a quiff is out of the question but i might wear a bit of selvege denim without the turn ups....i think that makes a statement

If you don't fancy the turn ups, and can't do the quiff, I've heard that a flat cap is an acceptable alternative. Should get you into 'the Paddock'.
