Yep and pipework that gets progressively smaller as it goes to the back, it’s horrid!

Me too Adam! Yes a lot of it is very tired so I'm dealing with that and a few sympathetic mods to improve it.

Axle all done. Now has larger 11” brakes, 3.55 suregrip, new green bearings and long KYB shocks.

Another benefit of the later axle is it’s an inch wider so no more rubbing on the inner arches. On to the front…

Bulkhead plug is nasty so that’s going in the bin to be replaced by some multi plugs under the dash

Ally water pump and housing fitted and brackets modified to take a Denso alternator.

I am enjoying it Del, especially since it came in with a huge pile of parts so I can just crack on with it rather than waiting for stuff all the time.
