Thanks for the offer, Dave - I am not sure if the car would make the turn from Bay 2 into the Nearside Lane with that sort of ratio, I would hate to have to do a three point turn to make it!!!!

:-$ A Hemi Dart just popped up on face tube ,
The motor was well biased towards the front panels,
Obviously not my area as I know zero about these kind of modifications!

This is the sort of modification needed if you want to get the engine in the correct position and also be able to take the Pass Side Rocker Cover off for maintenance work >

Yeah that looks relatively simple to achieve, as long as there’s nothing in the way on the other side ?
I’m guessing there reinforcing metal to support the shock?

Yes, we will need to reinforce the area if we have to cut the Suspension top mount back for clearance. There are several ways of going about this - some people actually install a tube to contain and support the Shock.

I always forget how massively wide these elephants are... thats TIGHT.

It does me good to remember sometimes when I am moaning about how much I hate headers and "Why I cant I get to xyz". Pete always reminds me that 'you should try it on a hemi'. This illustrates the point well.

Thanks, Neil.

The Chrome Moly Roll Cage will be extended through the Firewall and will pick up on the Top Shock Mounts and then contact the sides of the Chassis rail just behind the Bumper Mount holes.

I did this on the Challenger and it worked well and works as an integrated Unit, as it also extends back off the main Hoop and then terminates on the Rear Chassis Rails directly over the Shackle / Sliders.

Sorry, I do not have any pictures of the setup, but you get the idea, cheers!

Well, after a lot of gnashing of teeth, measuring, re-cutting, and measuring again - and cutting and grinding again and again, it's IN IN!

Lots of casualties of war:
Engine mount will need to be cut off the (expensive) "K" Frame, Steering Box mount will need to be Bobbed, Brake Master Cylinder will have to go for a long walk, a completely bespoke Steering Column has been fabricated, and it is going to be a massacre of the Pass Side inner Fender and Shock Tower, but it is progress of sorts....
