Cheers Phill, nope, mirrors will be stock and on their way right now.
Side markers, handles, door and trunk locks, ariel and Charger emblem on the side are gone. Working on a set up to incoporate some side indicators into the front bumper which will be body coloured also.
Headlight doors will be operated by a solenoid and electrics rather than the vacuum pump, they will be wired in to open as I switch the lights on. Might be changing around the rear light set up aswell, not physically just to have some orange indicators, maybe using the reverse lights, I haven't decided yet.
New shocks, torsion bars, rear sway bar and headers are on their way from Summit. Steering wheel adaptor hub on it's way from Lecarra to make my sexy new wheel fit my column. Orders going in soon to Jacks Auto Parts and Dantes Parts for the rest of the stuff, interior bits, weatherstripping etc...
Stay tuned.

Yeah they seem to have a pretty good reputation and they have stuff that others don't.
Another day of ordering stuff and that'll be everything on the way I reckon.
Getting exciting now, shame this all wasn't a couple of months earlier as I will just miss the Nats. Shame but I'm just looking forward to driving it now, if I can get it on the road with a bit of good weather left in the summer I'll be happy.

Wouldn't worry about decent weather for driving it Rich, probably get better weather through the autumn and winter than we having now
All coming on very nicely though

Cheers Nige, looks like I'll be unvailing it at the Metrocentre cruise rather than the Nats but as long as it gets done right I'm happy.
My steering column adaptor arrived today from Lecarra made to fit my steering wheel, fits perfectly.

Rich, looking hot. If you are doing away with the vacuum headlight system then I could do with a spare set!

First parts shipment arrived today from Summit. Got two more inbound from Jacks and Dantes.
Also my wheels and tires arrived at Daves place so I went over to deliver parts and see my wheels.

Paint is mixed and ready to throw so hopefully next time I see the car it will be 'Scazzotata Blue'.
Also transmission is out to take away to get looked at.

Aye, it hasn't been cheap but saying that it hasn't been as expensive as some restoration/rebuilds. Let's put it this way, it's expensive enough for what I want to use the car for. I'm paying for peace of mind and a good solid reliable, driveable car. That's all I want.
See you at the Pod.

Dave Potts is not that expensive. He's a good lad. I just wish he had better premises. And business partners. But then again if he had better premises he would be more expensive....

He is a good lad, not aware of any partner though. It's always just been him solo and he's never mentioned anyone else.
I quite like the scruffy workshop, it has character. Also when you see what he can create in such an environment I think his work is even more impressive.
Plus there aren't that many other places you can take a car in the North East for work of this quality. I like that I can just drop in and have a chat and see my car whenever I want without having to plan a road trip. So for me it works out perfectly.

Just had a quick peek through the door at Daves paint booth as I swung past to pick up some bits for Patina Charger to take to the Nats.
Don't fret I'm not going 'Deathproof' just at bit of black undercoat before Dave shoots the blue this afternoon.
See some of you tomorrow.
