Fiberglass hood and new wheels, sort out minor leaks and that's it.........I'm gonna drive the bloody thing for 12 months.

BJ, wheels are provisionally sold and being collected today.........

Thanks Chaps. :thumbright:

Fantastic weather today........so time to put on some new shoes:

Old 14 x 7's (195/70/14 + 235/60/14 (Now sold)):

New 15 x 7's (205/65/15 + 235/60/15):

On the slots 235 was the max i could get on the rear.......reality with the steels and the different BS is i could of easily got 245's on, probably even 255's at a push, but that would have been pushing it for a 7" wide rim.

Cant make my mind up with the dog dishes either......on or off....... :-k
Think i prefer on.......... :help:

I could never get more than 235's on my Dart without rolling the arches and ensuring safe clearances on spirited road (not track) driving, even on 7 inch rims.

I prefer it with the Dog Dishes, but then I would. ;)

Glad you are making progress and putting your own stamp on the car.
