Good work Danny. I was wondering for authenticity reasons if eventually you will be replacing the dash? As I assume Rosco's car or real police car would not of had a dash mat?

Yes at some point a new dash would be great to replace the damage one i have,but my main aim now is to get the car looking tidy and on the the road. It's ashame my one is so badly damaged from the sun...not a lover of the dash mat personally,but it's a quick simple fix and should look tidy once all put back and fitted properly. In the mean time i will look out for a replacement dash though...

Just wondered if that was why it was taking more paint to get a good coverage ............obviously not !

Cheers Carl,yes i cannot wait now to get the car back and start putting her all back together.
The body shop originally said it would be approx 4 weeks but now been told 6 weeks. It's already been 5 weeks today so hopefully very soon!!
