Air Cleaner Refurb
“Unique for 1970 383 and 440 4-Barrel. Breather hose comes off back of unit. Snorkels have straight crease line on their right and left side. 1972 air cleaners are very similar but have a curved crease line or hump on right side of their snorkels” – Nick’s Garage
The air cleaner is in good shape, no dents or such like, only needed a re-paint
Removed all the old paint ready for re-finishing

VHT Black Wrinkle Finish was used for the exterior, satin black inside

The vacuum lines are added for appearance only, both lines are terminated at the thermal switch with no actual vacuum source
