A little more progress. My sheet metal has arrived from AMD, thank you to Ron at STS imports for providing help with the shipping!

The Chally is now up on a chassis jig and the front floor is out, will hopefully be measuring it all up today from the points that are still there!

Great Stuff Nige.

Are you going to cut out those rust holes in the firewall (1st pic)on the bend and replating out of interest, it looks too thin to weld the holes shut?

Hi Tim, yes ill be cutting a rectangle out and making a new piece for in there at some point.

Great stuff

I would put a set of chassis connectors in while your there if you intend on putting any real power in it

You can get lazer cut ones to match to shape of floor from machiniin racing

Wow you really have a project there, looking good ,I bet you are tired of drilling spot welds :roll: here is another company that has lazer cut sub frame connectors.

Quite a lot more progress on the Challenger, old frame rails and cross member are out, the K frame came out with the bottom part of the frame rail, not what I expected.

last one for now, new Green bearings installed and hubs cleaned up, threads chased, except the ones which go the other way as I don't have the right die for them!
