Lincoln himself planned to ship all the coloured to the Caribbean Islands after winning the war but by then they where broke so that idea was shelved. "
Yea ya know what our own government has buried that ,and is not in any of our history books, and I my self did not find out until I went to the Caribbean , saw it in a museum of all places ,a whole area dedicated to what might have happened, I came home told people , none, I mean none had ever heard of such a thing.
So yes we have been told to hate this flag,for one reason, and I keep saying to some of my south hating mates that they have been mis informed.
It is a battle flag that Gen. Lee used, I always liked the flag for the only reason is is kind of a cool flag compared to all the other flags,I never attached to slavery,racism .
It was just the rebel thing I liked,still feel like a bit of a rebel
