another fantastic day in the Motor City

Vanguard Motor Sales, muscle cars and more … you may have seen stuff from this place recently posted on FaceAche or Youtube. They only deal in high end cars, and wow did they have some cars. We turned up at the address expecting a show room type place, but walking through the entrance we were in a workshop. We were immediately greeted by James, who showed us round the place, again we were made very welcome here and we could spend as much time as we liked walking round the cars in the workshop and talking to guys working on them. They don’t do restorations, but they do take on repairs as necessary to get the cars in tip top condition ready for sale. There were about 60 cars in the workshop, lots of Mopars and other marques

Vanguard Motor Sales, muscle cars and more … no less than 4 ‘Eleanor’ Mustangs

After about an hour James mentioned that they had another place about a mile away that they use for storage, it would have been rude not to take a look. We headed over with James to an anonymous unit, inside about 200 muscle cars and more!! Again we could spend as much time as liked looking round the cars, and if requested inside as well, some rare and stunning cars. I didn’t photo them all, for a start it was a storage facility and they were mostly parked bumper to bumper, so I focused on the Mopars, lots of Chargers and more
