Thanks for the replies and comments
Ended up having to rebuild the whole of the inner wing before even getting to the outer skin.
Good enough for a skim of filler

Repair on the other side started with the rotten spare wheel well - but that of course grew! Ended up deleting the daft bit of the well that sits below the wing bottom.
I may post some more horror photos as I was allowed the use of the grinder again this afternoon

I have got one, and a roller version as well, but tend to prefer butt welding where I can. I'm less worried about using filler on the Plymouth, as it's a driver and will never win a concours class

As long as the rust has gone.....
Look away now.....

Some more polishing, and ready to go back on. I'd call it a six-footer as I had some paint reactions (I do spray in pretty bad conditions
![Rolling Eyes ](./images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif)
) You can't see them in the photo - that's just dodgy shadows! Considering how rotten it was, overall pleased with the outcome.
Motor, mechanism and wiring all refurbed, and finally have the electric rear lock working
Now just to finish all the door shuts, the doors, the rear of the roof, the rear lower wings, sills, lower front wings, headlining, rear wiring.....
