Looks to be a very tidy example! I think that's a Nissan colour, a mate had a Roadrunner painted in it.

That registration looks familiar. Didn't this Barracuda use to be white with a blue stripe, I remember it being at the Nats most years a while ago. Looks well in this colour though.

Yes according to the DVLA it's white, It's a real nice looking car

I don't think this sold at the auction.
it was purchased in January this year, Engine looks pretty standard don't know how they arrived at £3500 for the engine rebuild
probably just auction bull

I can't understand why these don't make big money, they are a great looking car, definitely one my favourite

You're right about it being White with Blue stripes, here it it at Brooklands 2005, the guy sold the car as he stitched up a good friend of mine, he then moved to jersey I think, I know he bought an engine from Ducan.

Thanks for the pic, very interesting, the plot thickens.
Did he sell the car to your friend?

I vaguely remember there being fuss about a white one.
That looks pretty tidy to me.

My friend payed for the car and his mate was paying him off monthly but sold it and moved to Jersey before he had finished paying for it.

I think electronic immobilisers are a waste of time on old cars, take the coil lead off, sorted.

That was the problem

Intermittent loss of power to the coil, removed the wire and hopefully fixed
