Yep, that's the only position from which you can see a '70 'Cuda's Turn signal!!!
10/10 for style, 5/10 for practicality!

I'm amazed they passed safety regs for 1970. There were obviously some complaints about them not being visible as the moved the turn signals to the front valance the following year.
