I'm sure Gringo knows that, without being told it as well.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, a lot of people stretch there budget to the maximum & use the inspection money for getting a better car in the 1st place. If you know someone that's a lot easier, but a quality inspection can cost quite a few quid

Can't say RUNNER. Don't want to think he had anything to do with the dodgy MoT. Don't want to stir anything up.

This is no  to me ...................This is exactly why I would never big anyone up or say how good their car looks just by looking at a photo. You won't be the first or last to buy a car like this, these cars are 40yrs old you need to look a bit further than a paint job .................

hey slick , i have had some real rust free cars from the usa, but the paintwork was rubbed through and burnt interiors scruffy as well , but no way could i sell em, people want that shiney paint lots can not see further than that it really amazes me, would sooner see the car in its raw form, paint is easy body rot is notm,

Hey Gringo, I'm sure Jason will do a fantastic job of the car for you.

So did the car come from anyone we know? I am pretty sure I saw someone selling a car like that a while ago but can't remember who he was.
