when was the aussie charger meet photo taken??

wonder how many of them ended their days with a chain welded into the roof a roll cage no interior and half a jag in a similar state rammed up their backend

Dave
I reckon it was about '88. I sold the car in '89 having owned it for 4 years, and I think the next owner killed it. Ran it deep into the ground. Can't even remember where the club meet was? I remember meeting up somewhere near Windsor I think? Still trying to remember who did all the organising back then... Jeez, it's terrible getting old.

I thought that meeting was a few years before that? Mid 80s I thought? I lost my Charger in 1989 and I am sure it was a few years before that. :?

Might have been a couple of years before that. Can't remember. Getting old, and the past is growing hazy... :dontknow: :drunken:

It must have been a later meeting than the one I thought it was.
The one I was going to go to was the very first meeting. Possible the same location.
It was a one day only thing so not really accessible for me.

Dave I think this was the matt black 2 door from ebay that was in Redhill, Surrey - had supposedly been used in a German pop video, another one I missed as I was at the opposite end of the country...

Still on the computer so its not been officially scrapped
