righto, seems weird, in doing that they've reduced the road capacity by half
We thought the same but I think they tried to contain the craziness. We nicknamed the gas station you mentioned Armageddon many years and it's stuck, the Swedes have started calling it that now, you just can't believe what goes on there

we covered less than half the field over the 2 days at the show!
I only photographed a fraction of the cars we saw!!
I’ve only posted a fraction of the photos I took!!!

Grab a brew, more great Mopars and other marques in the full set, can be seen here …

press release today from Vasteras business man and car guy Klas Brinks saying he will put on a show next year that weekend, he has helped Kjell Gustavson the last few years so knows the score.

This guy has an amazing car collection, he has an old supermarket not far from the airport converted into the ultimate man cave, we were lucky enough to get an invite there a couple of years ago. I think his main business is in telecoms but recently he bought Autocraft one of the biggest and best restoration shops in Sweden as well

And then there's the out of town street racing, some seriously fast cars there. A few of the local guys know the right guys to take that in.

And now Kjell Gustacson has thrown his toys out the pram because he wasn't consulted first and might still want to put an event on. Might end up with 2 events lol.

Another good event in Sweden is Classic Car Week in Ratvik about 2 hours north of Vasteras, much more laid back, different things on everyday and a beautiful area to stay in, 6 of us rented a house there in 2011 over looking the lake, we left one of our cars, an old 63 Caddy Fleetwood in Vasteras after the PBM and flew back out for it. Sold the car to dealer out there afterwards and made a little to cover the cost.

There's also a really good indoor show in Elmia near Jonkoping around Easter, Custom Motor Show or something like that
