Welding done. New fuel tank and sender done. Track rod ends done (cheers Dave). Just got to fit pitman and idler arm, then it's ready for it's MoT.
Got new KYB gas shocks to go on. Got new sway bar bushes, but it doesn't need that for the MoT. Should not only stop, but also go round corners (kind of). Can't wait.

Glad I could help out with those track rod ends.
I have tried to sell those for £1 each in the past and no-one would have them. Then I tried giving them away and no-one wanted them. I think people must prefer to spend money for no reason.
I almost threw them out years ago but decided to keep them just in case anyone was ever in need. They only have a few thousand miles on them. Should last a few years.

Seriously Pete, I'll do a really good deal for you. Get your Theory Test done (ring 03002001122) and give me a call.Pete_bedford wrote:Gringo wrote:Pete, if you give me hand with the car when you come down, I'll do it half price. How does that sound?

Thanks Dave. I never chuck bits out. You never know when they might come in useful. I will catch up with you sometime, and buy you a beer.Dave wrote:Glad I could help out with those track rod ends.
