Great to meet up with old & new friends. Anyone remember Duncan Purcell who ran a '55 Gone Bananas ? Well done Mike for hitting 13's in the 'carrier and Jon in the 9's with the s/block. mates pro touring camaro left with a best et of 11.5 & 123mph terminal on its 1st strip outing. Drunk as a skunk Saturday and had to shoot off Sun morning.

the worlds biggest screw driver is a flat blade
the worlds biggest screw is posi-drive
damn
so i've changed me mind
the worlds biggest screw driver would only be usful for opening the worlds biggest can of paint!!!!
i.e the expense involved in this investment would just sprial out of control,
and should i get gloss egg shell or matt emulsion???
to use it i'd need the worlds biggest brush
or indeed a standard brush and a very long ladder
Gem
if i won the lottery your thread would be safe

superb weekend we were well lucky with the weather,
met lots off mma folk good to catch up well done on some pb,s
the AMX did not want to go down the track straight made for some pulse racing driving
am thinkin the slicks have gone off time for new i think, on the last pass i was able to get on it although it was far from a flat out pass with 1/2 sec off my best sixty foot it went 164mph thats sweet 8.00 territory, no gas
thanks crewe mopars,

Great time there, good to get out.
As ever, its the people who make it.
Thanks to Roydon for driving
Highlight of the time for me was the conversation with Ray (DM) and the "spilled fluids" story - nearly choked on that one
I think Andy Hadfield needs to get that "T Bucket" jigged after that last re-build. I think its gone from insane to downright suicidal
Did he get a straight run all weekend????
AMX looked hard, can't wait to see a full power pass.

Its Not as embarrassing as having a United Nations White `70 Charger so i don`t mind sharing
Bri was feeding Chris bug catcher with petrol via a fairy liquid bottle when it caught fire.....
Bri thinks quick and chucks the lit bottle away from harms way, unfortunately i did`nt think quick and does no less than stamp on it to put the fire out, which perhaps was`nt the best idea as it was pointin at the car and nearly flamethrowered it
...... what a dick
Luckily i got away with no burns to me and the Charger Still intact.... only suffered some slash taken, lesson learned there
Still think Bri`s novel way of testin coolant is funnier though
