There used to be, but its hard to hold space anymore, so it tends to get taken over by all sorts now.

Needs more early doors arrivers on the Friday to hold space. I'll be there but in my daily.
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case. Coincidence? I think not…

Mad Machs and Mary are parked up just past the cross over bit of the pit lanes.
I'm up tomorrow but not sure if day tripping or weekending. Looks wet for Sunday :?

I'm not going to make it  My ankle blew up like a football yesterday and I was barely walking. It's considerably better Today but not to the point were I want to be on my feet for hours on end which I aways am at the track. So, I figured if I hobbled round the workshop all weekend instead I should have the Valiant back on the road next week, so that's the plan. Everyone that was expecting me to bring parts, see Jem or Phil, they have them.

Very quiet here at Shakey's. It's like a RWYB in March but the weather is nice.

Was good to meet up with everyone at the track today. Loads of regulars and some new faces! :thumbright:

The repositioned Mopar corner was great. Probably the most Mopars i've seen parked up together at SCR.........that does tell another story though!

I've never been to Shakey and seen it so quiet. You could park up and set you're tent up right near to the pit straight. This was when we arrived at 11:30..........

Hope it's dry for tomorrow or I recon it'll be a ghost town on Monday!

Doesn't fill you with hope after all the redevelopment talk last year............ :help:

On a positive note......Took my daughter today, so she's now been christened at her first drag event........she loved it (all part of her education/upbringing)! :D

Special thanks goes to Chris 'Birdman' and his wife Rose. An impromptu picnic was set up between Rose, my Wife and Meg. Spoilt rotten! Gave me a chance to go do man stuff with the others..........also topped up the Mopar Mojo!

Psyched for the NATS now...........I WILL make it in a Mopar this year! :thumbright:
