Autoglym interior cleaner and water with a very soft nail brush will do it, make sure it is not too brittle and be carefull around edges, wipe off with freh clean warm water to finish and then dry with a hairdryer, this should tension it slightly as well.

depends on material but i dont mess about it its vinyl stuff , i scrub in some traffic film remover (wear goggles) then pressure wash the whole thing, very wise to strip out the seats and carpets if you're gonna do that.

i should add, all the ones i deal with are waterproof (not perforated) and are white, so show the dirt rather well! (nice light interior though)

dashboard lookd pretty clean after a good jetwashing too!
