Has anybody used one of those dash board repair kits. My 68 Charger has got one of those, dash repair pieces fitted, it was hanging off.

So I got the hot glue gun and did a good job of sticking it down.
Until I went to this years Stars and Stripes, and amazingly the sun was out, and you guessed it, it warmed the panel up nice and it came unstuck.

So I think I'm gonna pull the lot of and try one of those kits, can anybody recommend one and any tips would be great.

Fergal I used the Halfords kit and it did a reasonable job on the very small pieces of damage on my Road Runner dash, but I was never that happy and bought a new dash top in the end.

I think it's very much a case of you get what you pay for, if you get a "proper" professional dash repair kit from a company such as Bradley's I'm sure it would do a good job.
