Box out today.thought id be cocky and leave the fluid in being a flange at the rear..til I pulled the speedo drive..yummy burnt tranny fluid in the face.o how I chuckled.not.now to get the y pipe off.its being a bitch.but must come off as things are tighter than a camels crack in a sandstorm under there.engine out later hopefully

Early "A" Bodies, don't you just love 'em.
Are you going 727 or 904??? Manual Valve Body?

904 pete.keep as much of my 435 hp as poss.not sure about vertor yet.10 inch would be nice tho.want to keep it full auto .

Was it small block stroker with cage etc ?

yes .small block mr moss,will put a cage in of some sort,,it may need it

it had 5 years of being standard with me ,that's a record,should look much the same really ,except for the wheels ,which will be 15"steels and caps and will sit higher ,the only real regret is im doing away with the pushbutton in favour of a slipyolk type tranny

Discs all rebuilt and fitted, trac loc all fitted, should be rolling again by the end of the holiday,,, loads of goodys sitting at parcelfarce waiting for there payment,,, Bananarama!,,,, c ar is really coming together well, and its a joy to work on now, even my workshop is clean and tidy
