Anyone got any preferences for companies that do re-chroming metal ? Just some small bits - no Cadillac bumpers etc.
Thanks

It's definitely a good idea to go somewhere recommended- I've had bike bits destroyed before now by a company that went out of business shortly afterwards...

Loads of companies doing awful work out there. A handful do very nice work. This is the best without doubt:

Wouldn't recommend Ashford chroming... They don't do the work them selfs and just sub it out. I had a nightmare getting my bumpers back, ended up tracking them down myself and finding them somewhere in london... Bloody nightmare

I got my front bumper done at Marque Restore in Coventry.

They are not cheap but the quality of the chrome is second to none. Been on the car for about 8 years now and it's still as good as the day I picked it up.
