Thousands of Cars Stuck in Beijing Traffic Jam in 50-Lane toll plaza

The highway has only 4 lanes each side. 50 lanes only for toll collection. The jam is due to Beijing governance of vehicles. Non Beijing cars need to get permit to enter Beijing

How are things there Steve, we were going to go over with the caravan last month but decided to tour the UK instead as we didn't fancy the hassle at Euro tunnel.

Rob, one day it's OK, next its knacked. I came over Thursday, took 7 hrs, my mate came over Friday 2 hrs. Russian roulette.
