Power Meet

Closest hotel we can get is in Eskilstuna, well one with a bit of life around it as well, but we're struggling with an airport. Can anyone help with recommendations please?

There's an airport in Vasteras, or fly to Stockholm Arlanda which is only an hours drive

Funny this has come up....I was talking to AndyR (pal who bought my Fury last year) on our regular Thursday all day session and we fancy driving to this in the old girls. Of course. we were drunk at the time

Ive been every year since 99, driven a classic out there 10 times, not sure what im doing this year yet

You are braver than me Andy....we finally settled on Belgium for a beer weekend in the cars. Reckon we could get there, dump the cars, go OTP for a few days then drive home

last year was quite a slog now the Denmark boat has gone, sailed Harwich to Hook Of Holland then drive through Holland , Germany, Denmark and up through Sweden. Around 2600 miles last year

Thats a good old trip at 12mpg!
I fancy driving to the tunnel and turning left at Calais then hit the pubs in Brussels etc. Not too far at all really....I am an amateur after all

Thats good going Andy! Just looking at a map of Europe and its a long old trek....but it looks like a great trip!

first time for me this year, going with a bunch of chaps that have been many times before, we have hotel booked in Vasteras, was booked last year as I believe they go quick
flights not booked yet but looking at going direct Manchester -> Stockholm Arlanda, return via Frankfurt, I think it’s a bus journey from Arlanda to Vasteras
then to get to Power Big Meet it’s line 25 from the Central station, bus stop “Johannisbergs flygplats”
