Window 10

Windows 10, is it any good or should I stay with Windows 7, what's the pros and cons, will all my programs still work with Windows 10, has anyone had prblems with Windows 10.
I would stay with Windows 7.
A lot of data is collected in W10 (there are ways of turning it off, but it is a faff).
