Can anyone help me get an ignition switch?

I'm really stuck now. The aftermarket switches from Rockauto are internally wired wrong and I have no ignition.
I now have two options; hope one of the guys on here can help, maybe a racer who doesn't need ignition switch anymore or I'm going to have to rig a push button system.
Can't even find correct OEM parts when searching.
My car has been off the road since I bought it back three months ago and I just need a frigging ignition switch that works. Doing my head in

Temporary push button sounds like a great idea. Gives you time to enjoy the car till the right ignition switch becomes available

It's so frustrating Mark. I've had the car running off the switch but only by hot wiring the starter wire to the live feed. I guess if I wired that to a push button I could at least drive the car.

I think Push button is a great idea.

I had a new one boxed for a Charger . I gave it to Stevo . I've messaged him & waiting for a reply . I don't think he used it. If he still has it I will post it to you Miles.

Cheers Ade, I've Pm'd you.
Latin, that's the same one as I have and has all the connections wired wrong, or at least my version did. Has no power to starter or coil at switch for start and full 12v in run which means the starter is permanently on...

Chinese or Mexican junk then. On the bright side, take the plugs out and run on the starter, electric cars are all the rage you know

Just a thought, push button might not go down well with your insurance company, they normally require some kind of key to start the engine.

Stevo is back home tomorrow Miles. He works in London all week.
I will pick it up tomorrow and get it in the post to you.

Thanks for the heads up guys. Never thought a push button would be a insurance problem. It's a hassle anyway as the Mopar switch has that extra connection for the coil that has to drop out at 'start' , so illl wait on the correct part.
